Construction of post competency model of human organ donation coordinators based on onion model

  • 摘要:   目的  构建科学合理的人体器官捐献协调员岗位胜任力模型。  方法  基于洋葱模型,采用文献研究法和行为事件访谈法初步构建指标池;采用德尔菲法对指标体系进行筛选、修改和完善;利用层次分析法,确定各级指标权重。  结果   两轮德尔菲专家函询的有效应答率均为100%,专家意见可靠性较高;专家的判断系数(Ca)、熟悉程度(Cs)及权威系数(Cr)均>0.7,提示专家意见可信度高;专家协调系数(W)值分别为0.294、0.342,均为P<0.001,表明专家意见协调,对指标的重要性认识差异性较小。最终根据“洋葱模型”理论及专家意见确定构建了一套包含6个一级指标和55个二级指标的协调员岗位胜任力模型。包括指标表层、中间层和核心层3层。其中,核心层为“核心职业价值观”,中间层为“个人品质”“职业道德和素养”,表层为“人际沟通能力”“组织协作能力”和“专业知识与终身学习能力”。  结论   本研究构建的器官捐献协调员岗位胜任力模型包括6个一级指标和55个二级指标,具有较高的有效性和可靠性。
