  • 摘要: 供者感染可通过移植物传播给受者,导致并发症甚至死亡。供者来源性感染是实体器官移植术后早期感染的重要原因。2016年欧盟编写的《移植器官质量与安全指南(第6版)》的中文译本已正式出版。其中第8章“感染性疾病传播的风险”,在无症状供者感染风险的病史和行为史、各类感染的基本筛查要点、各类病原体的传播风险以及防治策略等方面进行了详细阐述。本文对该章节进行解读。
