树突状细胞在器官移植免疫耐受中的研究进展

Research progress on dendritic cell in immune tolerance of organ transplantation

  • 摘要: 树突状细胞(DC)是具有特异性功能的专职抗原提呈细胞,可特异性吞噬抗原、加工并提呈给效应性T细胞,在免疫耐受与免疫应答方面发挥重要作用。耐受性DC(tol-DC)是一群具有负向免疫调控功能的DC亚群,可通过中枢与外周机制诱导器官移植免疫耐受状态。本文拟对DC的表型与功能特征、DC诱导移植免疫耐受机制、tol-DC在器官移植领域的应用进行总结,旨在为临床转化医学研究提供基础理论支持。

     

    Abstract: Dendritic cell (DC) is professional antigen presenting cell with specific functions. DC can specifically phagocytize antigen, and process and deliver to effector T cell, which play an important role in immune tolerance and immune response. Tolerance DC (tol-DC) is a group of DC with negative immune regulatory function, which can induce immune tolerance of organ transplantation through central and peripheral mechanism. In this article, the phenotype and functional characteristics of DC, mechanism of immune tolerance induced by DC, and the application of tol-DC in organ transplantation of DC were summarized, aiming to provide basic theoretical support for clinical translational medicine research.
