  • 摘要: 自噬是真核细胞为应对外界变化,依赖溶酶体对包括衰老细胞器和胞内过期蛋白质等自身结构进行可控制性生物学降解的过程。自噬与肝移植缺血-再灌注损伤和术后免疫抑制剂的应用有着密切关系。本文就自噬在肝移植中的调控机制进行综述。
