    任杰,教授、主任医师,博士研究生导师。现任中山大学附属第三医院副院长、学科建设办公室主任、超声科副主任、岭南医院超声专科主任。兼任中国医学影像技术学会超声分会腹部学组副组长、中国研究型医院协会超声分会常委兼副秘书长、中国医师协会超声学分会青年委员会副主任委员、广东省医师协会超声学分会副主任委员、广东省医学会超声学分会青年委员会副主任委员等。兼任《器官移植》杂志编委,《World Journal of Gastroenterology》审稿专家。主持国家及省部级基金项目14项,包括国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,广州市民生科技重大专项1项,广东省自然科学基金团队(核心成员)1项等。以第一作者和通信作者发表论文50篇,其中SCI论文19篇。曾获广东省“杰出青年医学人才”、“2020年度中国优秀青年超声医师”荣誉称号及广东省科学技术奖二等奖、三等奖各1次

Clinical value of conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in evaluating donor liver quality in liver transplantation

  • 摘要: 目前等待肝移植的终末期肝病患者众多,快速、简便、无创、准确地评估供肝质量,对改善肝移植受者的预后和生存质量具有重要意义。临床上尚没有统一的供肝质量评估标准,大多采用综合评估的方法,包括供者的临床指标、实验室检查、影像学检查以及病理学检查等。常规超声及超声造影可在肝移植术前评估供肝质量及预测肝移植术后并发症的发生情况,在肝移植中具有较好的应用前景。本文总结了常规超声及超声造影在评估供肝血管变异、供肝实质微循环灌注、供肝脂肪变性程度、供肝纤维化程度、供肝体积与质量等方面的基本方法和研究进展,为临床供肝质量评估提供更多的方法与思路。
