Abstract:
Organ transplantation is an effective therapy for end-stage organ failure. Recipients require lifelong immunosuppressive therapy and regular monitoring, while conventional management models are limited by intermittence and passivity. Digital health technologies, including mobile health applications, wearable devices, telemedicine, artificial intelligence and big data analytics, can break the constraints of time and space, expand medical service coverage and realize real-time data collection and intelligent analysis, offering new prospects for full-cycle management of transplant recipients. This article systematically summarizes the development history of digital health technologies in the management of transplant recipients, and concludes the application evidence and existing challenges in medication adherence management, physiological indicator monitoring and remote follow-up among various transplant recipients, so as to provide references for establishing a more scientific and individualized digital management system for organ transplantation.
