  • 摘要: 寄生虫感染兼具地方病与传染病的特点,其发病呈现一定地域性,并有传播属性。器官移植术后寄生虫感染的发生率较低,大多数分布于发展中国家与地区,多见于一些个案或病例报道。随着社会经济的发展以及器官移植病例数量的逐渐增加,移植受者在不同国家或地区之间的旅行增加,其暴露于寄生虫的机会亦增加,而免疫抑制状态又是寄生虫感染的危险因素,因此,器官移植受者寄生虫感染的风险不容忽视。本文就文献报道的器官移植术后寄生虫感染的流行病学特点、临床表现、诊断及治疗与预防进行分类综述,旨在为器官移植受者寄生虫感染的防治提供参考。
