    刘超,教授、主任医师、研究员,博士研究生导师、博士后合作导师,现任中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院副院长、器官移植中心主任、胆胰外科主任。获中国和德国双医学博士学位,从事普通外科工作30余年,曾在德国杜伊斯堡·埃森大学医学院接受“肝胆胰外科和器官移植”专科培训3年余(期间获得德国政府颁发的临床医师执业许可)。兼任中国医师协会外科医师分会胆道外科医师委员会常务委员、中国抗癌协会胆道肿瘤专业委员会委员、中华医学会外科学分会外科手术学组委员、广东省医师协会外科医师分会副主任委员、广东省医师协会临床精准医学工作委员会副主任委员、广东省抗癌协会胆道肿瘤专业委员会第一届委员会副主任委员兼青年委员会主任委员、广东省医学会外科学分会第十届委员会常务委员等职务。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目4项、省级科研项目4项、全国多中心临床研究1项,以第一作者和通讯作者发表SCI论文30余篇

Progress on application of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation in donor maintenance

  • 摘要: 器官移植是治疗终末期疾病的有效手段之一,但供者来源不足桎梏了器官移植的发展。体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)可以改善器官低氧状态及低灌注情况,缩短热缺血时间,在器官紧急获取或血流动力学不稳定等情况下,有效维护供者器官功能,使供者器官得到充分利用,造福更多亟需器官移植的患者。本文总结了ECMO在供者维护中的应用进展,为其在器官移植中的应用提出建议。
