Progress on application of marginal donor liver and organ function maintenance in liver transplantation

  • 摘要: 肝移植是治疗各种终末期肝病的唯一有效方法。标准供肝短缺是限制肝移植发展的主要因素,而边缘供肝的使用明显扩大了供肝的来源。体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)、机械灌注及低体温等新型技术能显著改善边缘供肝的质量,在器官功能维护中具有良好的发展前景。本文就边缘供肝的常见类型及相关新型技术在边缘供肝功能维护中的应用展开综述。
