摘要

摘要: 为了进一步规范器官移植供者来源性感染（DDI）的诊断和治疗，中华医学会器官移植分会组织邀请器官移植、重症医学、院感防控、微生物学和抗感染药物等方面的专家，以多学科协作的方式，从潜在捐献者感染状态的快速评估，维护期间感染的预防和控制，以及接受感染高风险供者器官移植后受者的防控等方面共同拟定了本技术规范，旨在指导我国DDI管理的全流程优化，进一步完善DDI的防控策略，以保障实体器官移植的安全开展。
