  • 摘要: 器官移植是目前治疗多种终末期器官疾病的最佳手段。免疫抑制剂的使用降低了器官移植受体发生免疫排斥反应的风险,同时也抑制了受体的免疫水平,进而导致受体感染病原体的风险增加。本文主要介绍了器官移植术后感染的病原体构成、不同类型器官移植的术后感染情况,总结了器官移植术后病原体感染的常用检测方法,并提出二代测序技术应用于器官移植术后病原体感染检测的可能性。
