  • 摘要: 随着微创缝合技术的进步和免疫学研究的进展,子宫移植技术已取得显著的临床进展。目前,国内外已成功开展近40余例人体子宫移植手术并获得12名活产分娩的健康新生儿,这表明子宫移植技术已成为重建子宫性不孕女性个体生殖能力的重要手段。国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)指南规定,各医疗单位在开展人类子宫移植术前必须具有动物方面的基础实验研究经验,但如何选择合适的子宫移植动物模型值得探讨。本文对不同动物的子宫移植模型建立方法及移植结局进行综述。
