    牟丽莎, 深圳市高层次领军人才, 博士后合作导师。现任中华医学会器官移植学分会第七届委员会异种移植学组委员, 国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金、深圳市科技评审专家。兼任《器官移植》杂志通讯编委。主持参与各级科研项目10余项, 其中主持国家重点研发计划子课题1项、国家自然科学基金1项、广东省自然科学基金1项、广东省医学科学基金1项、中国博士后基金1项、深圳市学科布局项目1项、深圳市国际合作项目2项、深圳市基础研究计划1项、深圳市科技计划项目1项。在《Cell Research》、《Human Genetics》等杂志上发表SCI论文34篇。成功申请国际和国内发明专利30余项

Application and research progress on mesenchymal stem cell in organ transplantation

  • 摘要: 器官移植是终末期器官功能衰竭的有效治疗方法。然而, 移植受体需长期使用免疫抑制剂以降低器官移植免疫排斥反应。间充质干细胞(MSC)具有独特的免疫学特性, 有望在器官移植中发挥重要作用。本文总结了MSC的免疫学特性, 并就其在器官移植中减轻免疫排斥反应、诱导免疫耐受、促进组织修复、诱导新生血管形成以及在异种器官移植中的作用等方面的研究进展进行了简述, 以期为MSC应用于器官移植提供参考。
