何建行, 主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任广州医科大学附属第一医院院长、胸外科主任、肿瘤科及移植科学术带头人, 呼吸疾病国家临床医学中心副主任。国务院特殊津贴专家, 中央保健专家, 卫生部有突出贡献中青年专家, 南粤百杰人才, 中国十大口碑医师。兼任美国及英国外科学院Fellow, 广东省医学会胸外科学分会主任委员, 广东省胸部疾病学会会长。兼任《Journal of Thoracic Disease》执行总编辑, 《Annals of Translational Medicine》主编。1994年开展胸腔镜肺叶切除术, 1996年开展针镜、肺气肿减容术, 1999年开展气管移植术, 2003年开展肺移植术, 2005年实现了大气管、血管胸腔镜肿瘤手术全范围覆盖, 2007年开展自体组织移植代气管术, 2011年开展自主呼吸麻醉下微创胸外科手术, 在国内首次提出并实现了无管微创手术, 2014年开展无管胸腺切除和隆突切除重建术, 革命性地将部分胸外科手术进化为日间手术, 2015年开展国际胸外科技术培养。2018年完成心肺联合移植7例, 是国内心肺联合移植最多的专家。至今完成肺及心肺移植210多例。2015年研发出国际首台裸眼3D显示系统, 应用已超过2 000多例。发表学术论文505篇, 其中SCI收录210余篇, 影响因子超过1 100, 被引频次近4 000次。主编中、英文专著12部。获省部级科技进步奖5项, 申请授权专利共35项, 其中国际发明专利3项

Research progress on lung transplantation after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

摘要

摘要: 迟发型非感染性肺部并发症(LONIPC)是异基因造血干细胞移植(HSCT)术后慢性移植物抗宿主病(cGVHD)的重要部分, 目前缺乏有效的药物治疗方法。虽然肺移植是治疗多数终末期肺病的唯一方法, 但由于HSCT术后受体潜在的风险, 肺移植难以广泛应用。本文结合世界各地多个移植中心针对HSCT术后LONIPC受体行肺移植治疗的研究, 就HSCT术后肺移植手术适应证及时机、肺移植术后血液肿瘤的复发及感染并发症、肺移植术后的HSCT受体移植物存活率等方面进行总结。
