  • 摘要: 肝移植是目前治疗终末期肝病唯一的有效手段,而供肝严重短缺与等待移植名单的不断增长间的矛盾在持续扩大。肝移植的供肝保存技术中,机械灌注可降低缺血-再灌注损伤,能评估供肝质量并且较好地保存离体肝脏,甚至拯救部分边缘供肝。虽然机械灌注技术给供肝保存带来了新的希望,但其仍存在包括主要技术参数设置未达成统一化,针对肝移植的机械灌注技术尚处于临床实验阶段,广泛应用还需大样本量、多中心的临床验证等问题。本文就机械灌注的发展以及不同类型的肝脏机械灌注技术展开综述。
