李涛，副教授，主任医师，硕士研究生导师。2003年7月毕业于北京大学医学部，获医学博士学位。从事外科临床工作20年，对肝胆胰外科疾病的诊治具有丰富的临床经验，擅长肝癌、胰腺癌、胆管癌等消化道肿瘤的综合治疗。现任中国医药教育协会肝胆胰外科专业委员会、中国抗癌协会康复会肝胆胰专业委员会、欧美同学会医师协会转化医学分会委员，中国医疗保健国际交流促进会肝脏肿瘤分会青年委员，中国医药教育协会临床合理用药专家委员会常务委员。兼任《世界华人消化杂志》编委，《中华实验外科杂志》、《器官移植》杂志通讯编委，《转化医学杂志》青年编委，《临床肝胆病杂志》审稿专家。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金2项，北京市自然科学基金1项。在国内外核心期刊发表论文40余篇。参与编写了《肝胆外科手术技巧及并发症》、《门静脉高压症》、《肝移植图谱》等学术专著。2004年入选北京市科技新星计划。曾获得北京大学“学术十杰”、中华医学会普外科中青年医师学术交流优秀论文一等奖第1名等荣誉。担任北京市自然科学基金评审专家、北京市住院医师规范化培训基地评审专家

摘要

摘要: 活体肝移植已发展为器官移植重要的一部分。世界上需要肝移植的患者急剧增加，由于供体的不足导致肝移植受到限制，导致等待肝移植患者的病死率上升，活体肝移植的开展能缓解器官捐献数量不足时的肝移植需求，同时也扩大了肝移植捐献群体。特别是在亚洲，越来越多的肝移植是通过活体捐献进行。本文将针对活体肝移植的适应证、活体肝移植的评估筛选、活体肝移植手术方式、活体肝移植的管道重建及相关并发症、活体肝移植术后免疫排斥和治疗进行总结。
