  • 摘要: 肝移植技术在国内日益普及,但仍然面临着供肝严重短缺的困境。心脏死亡器官捐献(DCD)是我国目前供肝的主要来源,其供肝质量的评估方法仍亟待完善。近年新兴的代谢组学研究方法,为移植器官质量的评估提供了一个崭新的角度。本文主要综述了目前国内器官捐献的现状,介绍了代谢组学研究的产生和进展及其在肝移植尤其是供肝质量评估中的应用前景。
