雄性大鼠肝移植术后生育模型的建立

Establishment of male rat models for fertility after liver transplantation

  • 摘要:   目的   建立雄性大鼠肝移植术后生育模型。   方法   以雄性SD大鼠作为肝移植供体和受体,供肝植入用双袖套法。共行雄性SD大鼠肝移植术15例。雄性大鼠接受肝移植术3周后,随机取5只大鼠处死行精子畸形率检测,其余大鼠与健康SD雌鼠以1︰2比例合笼饲养,随机交配产子。记录大鼠肝移植手术的一般情况;检测大鼠肝移植术后的肝功能指标;观察大鼠肝移植术后精子畸形率情况;总结雌性大鼠致孕情况和子代健康状况。   结果   15只SD雄性大鼠肝移植手术成功率为100%(15/15),存活超过8周者9只(9/10)。雄性大鼠肝移植术后肝功能指标均处于正常范围内,精子畸形率为0.5%~1.3%。10只肝移植术后雄性大鼠与雌鼠1︰2合笼饲养1周内,均成功使雌鼠妊娠,3周后产仔,仔鼠未见明显生理畸形。   结论   本研究成功建立了雄性大鼠肝移植术后生育模型,可作为研究男性肝移植术后生育功能的动物模型。
