  • 摘要: 调节性T细胞(Treg)作为众所周知的具有负免疫调节功能的T细胞亚群,不仅可抑制急性缺血-再灌注损伤(IRI)中的先天性免疫,也可在肾移植术后调节免疫耐受中起着重要的作用。因此,正确认识和利用肾移植患者体内Treg分化、扩增、活性及作用机制等的影响因素,使其发挥负免疫调节功能至关重要。本文从内在生物因素、药物因素、移植肾相关因素等方面,对肾移植患者体内Treg的影响因素研究进展作一综述。
