  • 摘要: Hippo信号通路是在对果蝇的研究中被发现,在哺乳动物中高度保守,调节细胞生长、增殖和凋亡,进而控制器官大小的信号通路。近年来随着Hippo信号通路研究的快速进展,其与肝癌、肝脏缺血-再灌注损伤的相互关系逐步得到揭示,为防治肝癌发生、发展和肝脏缺血-再灌注损伤提供新的思路。但它们间的相互关系并未阐述清楚,本文就Hippo信号通路与肝癌、肝脏缺血-再灌注损伤相互关系的研究进展作一综述。
