  • 摘要: CD40-CD40L信号通路在特异性免疫中是一条重要的细胞信号传导通路,它参与体液免疫和细胞免疫的调节。动物实验表明抗CD40L单克隆抗体(mAb)阻断CD40与CD40L的结合,从而阻断CD40-CD40L信号的传导,具有抑制器官移植排斥反应的作用。近年来抗CD40LmAb在临床试验中出现的血栓并发症导致其应用受到了质疑。随着人们对CD40-CD40L信号通路的认识不断深入,尤其是新的抗CD40mAb的应用,使得克服与之相关的血栓并发症成为可能,加之其在动物器官移植模型中表现出良好的应用前景,相信这将会进一步推动器官移植免疫耐受及免疫抑制剂方案的发展。本文就CD40-CD40L信号通路在器官移植方面取得的进展进行综述。
