摘要

摘要: 本文回顾性分析1例肾移植术后发生急性肝衰竭病例的临床资料, 总结该病的诊疗经验。患者于肾移植术后半年出现肝功能异常和乙型肝炎病毒(HBV) DNA (+), 后期发生肝衰竭, 经调整免疫抑制剂的剂量、给予抗病毒及人工肝支持等治疗后无效死亡。对于肾移植术前感染HBV的患者, 应严格监测手术前后的肝功能、肝炎病毒标志物、HBV DNA、肾功能、免疫抑制剂血药浓度等指标, 以便能早期诊断与早期治疗, 若监测到肝功能下降, 应立即调整免疫抑制剂剂量。
