摘要: 肝脏作为一个免疫器官, 在诱导免疫耐受方面体现了独特功能。一方面, 抗原通过门静脉输注能诱导抗原特异性耐受而不引起致敏; 另一方面, 临床肝移植相比其他实体器官移植更容易诱导临床可操作性耐受。肝窦内皮细胞、枯否细胞、肝星状细胞、树突状细胞和调节性T细胞等肝脏非实质细胞共同构成了这种利于耐受诱导的免疫环境。本文简要介绍了肝脏诱导耐受相关的细胞和分子机制、经门静脉输注异体细胞诱导移植耐受进展和临床诱导肝移植免疫耐受进展。
