摘要

摘要: 肝移植术后胆道并发症严重影响肝移植手术患者的生存时间和质量, 尤其是胆道狭窄。胆道狭窄根据狭窄发生部位分为吻合口狭窄和非吻合口狭窄, 以前者较为常见。在本文中, 我们对肝移植术后胆道吻合口狭窄的概念、病因、诊断和治疗进行了探讨, 并对美国匹兹堡大学移植研究所处理吻合口狭窄的方案进行了解读, 旨在与国内肝移植外科医师进行经验交流。
