  • 摘要: 尿路感染(UTI)是肾移植术后最常见的感染并发症, 肾移植受者术后UTI及其并发症可能影响移植肾功能及受者预后。特殊人群肾移植受者术后UTI的特点不尽相同, 本文对儿童、女性、老年男性3种人群肾移植受者术后UTI的流行病学、病因学、预防与治疗等方面的特点进行综述, 以期为肾移植受者术后UTI的防治提供参考。
