  • 摘要: 肾移植术后病毒感染是影响移植肾功能及患者存活率的重要原因之一。自然杀伤(NK)细胞在肾移植术后抗病毒感染中发挥着重要作用, 其杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体(KIR)可特异性识别细胞表面人类白细胞抗原(HLA)I类分子并与之结合, 调节NK细胞活性, 逐渐成为了肾移植术后抗病毒感染研究的热点。本文先概述了NK细胞与KIR的基本概念, 再就KIR基因型、KIR/HLA配型和激活型KIR基因与肾移植术后病毒感染的相关性进行综述。
