  • 摘要: 调节性免疫细胞网络是目前移植免疫领域研究热点内容之一,其中调节性B细胞(Breg)是新近发现的一群具有负向调节功能的B细胞。目前研究认为,Breg具有表型多样性的特点,主要通过产生白细胞介素(IL)-10、转化生长因子(TGF)-β以及自然抗体等发挥负向调节作用。Breg还有促进调节性T细胞增殖的功能,具有诱导器官移植术后免疫耐受和维持耐受状态的作用。B细胞参与器官移植反应的机制复杂,应将Breg与效应性B细胞区别对待,且如何调控效应性B细胞与有潜在免疫抑制功能的Breg间的平衡至关重要。
