孙军辉, 男, 副主任医师, 医学博士, 硕士研究生导师。现任浙江大学附属第一医院肝胆胰诊治中心副主任、肝胆胰外科中心病区介入主任。兼任中国医师协会介入医师分会综合介入委员会副主任委员、青年委员会副主任委员, 中华医学会消化病学分会介入组全国委员、放射学分会介入放射学组青年委员, 中华医学会放射学分会介入学组肿瘤介入治疗专业委员会全国委员, 中国抗癌协会肿瘤微创治疗专业委员会青年委员、介入治疗专业委员会青年委员、肿瘤微创治疗专业委员会粒子治疗分会全国委员、肝癌综合微创治疗专业委员会全国委员, 中国肿瘤微创创新战略联盟磁共振介入委员会全国委员, 国际肝胆胰协会中国分会微创介入委员会常务委员, 浙江省抗癌协会肿瘤介入专业委员会委员。兼任《中华介入放射学杂志:电子版》、《介入放射学杂志》、《中华危重症医学杂志:电子版》、《中华消化外科杂志》、《肿瘤防治研究》等杂志编委或审稿专家, 及《Cardiovascalar and Interventional Radiology》、《Journal of Vascular and Interventional Radiology》、《Connective Tissue Research》、《Korean Journal of Hepato-biliary-pancreatic Surgery》、《Life Sciences》等科学引文索引(Science Citation Index, SCI)收录杂志审稿专家。兼任国家自然基金评审专家。在肝胆胰疾病介入微创诊疗方面具有丰富经验, 擅长肝癌插管化疗栓塞(TACE)术、经颈静脉肝内门腔静脉分流术(TIPS)治疗门静脉高压消化道出血、CT、MRI、数字减影血管造影术(DSA)引导下导管射频消融、粒子植入治疗各种腔道及实体肿瘤、胆道支架置入术治疗胆道梗阻、肝移植术后血管或胆道并发症介入治疗等。研究方向包括肝胆胰疾病介入诊疗学及细胞移植分子影像学。已参编专著4部, 发表论文30余篇, 其中SCI收录10余篇。主持2项国家自然科学基金项目在内的多项科研项目

摘要

摘要: 随着介入放射学的发展及介入治疗技术的进步, 介入放射学在肝移植术前可以控制病情进展, 为肝移植争取时间, 同时在肝移植术后血管和非血管并发症的诊断和治疗起到非常重要的作用, 可以提高移植肝的存活率, 延长患者生存期, 可使大多数患者避免外科修复和再次肝移植。
