摘要

摘要: 为了进一步规范ABO血型不相容亲属活体肾移植技术操作，中华医学会器官移植学分会组织器官移植学专家从ABO血型不相容肾移植(ABOi-KT)受者的选择、亲属活体供者的选择、受者的术前准备、免疫抑制剂的使用、凝血功能紊乱的监测与治疗、并发症及处理等方面，制订本规范。
